What a journey this has been and what a way to begin. This house was so much fun to work with and we could not have imagined a better home to restore for our first renovation project!

Located in the highly desirable area of Bixby Knolls, this Long Beach masterpiece has all of the upgrades and finishes modern homeowners desire. We wanted an open kitchen layout, in-home systems that cater to entertaining family and friends, and a beautiful master bedroom. We improved the flow and visibility of the space, relocated many of the windows and added a large sliding glass door leading from the master to the backyard. Lastly, we added pops of personality by adding bold color to the front door and landscaping.
